We want everyone to feel welcome. Here is what our private space offers and measures we take to ensure everyone can still get the same service.
Our location
Clementine Piercing is on the second floor of a building at 42 W56th St in Midtown Manhattan, 10019. The only access is by a single flight of stairs (14 steps). Like many old and historic buildings in Midtown, there is no elevator or ramp, so our studio isn’t easily accessible to wheelchair users or anyone who might find stairs a barrier. However, we want to ensure the same service to all persons, so if the stairs are a barrier for you, you can request our Premium Concierge Mobile Service (often for our discrete celebrity appointments) offered to you at our regular studio rate, with no extra charges.
(You may see that this service is advertised on our website as carrying a significant premium to cover additional time used plus cost of transport, etc - THIS ADDITIONAL FEE DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU)
So how does this “Premium Concierge Mobile Service” work?
Virtual appointment. We choose your jewelry and plan your ear curation together by video call, phone, or text chat.
Live captioning, written summaries, and descriptions of jewelry options are available on request.Preparation. Once you’ve chosen your jewelry, we pre-sterilize everything in-house and package it for sterile transport to your location.
Your piercing. We schedule a date and time that works for you and complete your piercing at your designated location (in accordance with local health and licensing requirements).
Our Premium Concierge Mobile Service is available in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens and requires coordinating booking in advance. If you’re located outside of these boroughs, please contact us and we’ll let you know whether we can still find a way to accommodate a safe piercing experience for you.
The same deposit and cancellation policies apply as in our studio.
Additional Support
If you can manage the stairs but would like extra support, let us know! In addition to the handrail along the full staircase, we can offer a helping hand for support, a resting seat at the landing, a quiet moment before your appointment time, extra time in general, a support person staying with you, or communication by text or in writing (one staff member is training in American Sign Language and hopes for fluency)
