The Return Policy
for Clementine Piercing
At Clementine Piercing, we prioritize your safety and uphold the highest standards of hygiene. To maintain a safe piercing practice, we DO NOT accept returns on worn jewelry for ANY reason. Jewelry that has been worn poses a health hazard and cannot be restocked or re-sterilized. The only way we can ensure this is by maintaining our policy of not accepting a return if either of the seals on either one of the bags containing your jewelry is broken. Please understand that this policy is firm, but it is only because anything less would be directly harmful to all of our clients, current reader included. Please physically inspect the product to ensure your order is correct - prior to opening it.
Packaging & Sterilization
All items ship fully sterilized and sealed in two protective layers:
A sealed sterilization pouch containing your sterilized jewelry
An outer heatsealed jewelry baggie
This double-sealed packaging ensures the integrity and cleanliness of your piercing jewelry upon arrival, while not impeding your ability to physically inspect the product to ensure your order is correct prior to opening it.
Incorrect Orders
If you inadvertently ordered the wrong replacement ball size or an incorrect item, the same rules apply:
please DO NOT OPEN either of the sealed packages. Opening either of these will void your ability to return the item, as we will be unable to confirm it was not worn. To discuss returning an incorrect order, contact us immediately at info@clementinepiercing.com. Once we confirm your request, we will provide instructions for returning the unopened item and details around recieving the correct one.
